Eligibility

  • This offer is valid only for the first 999 retail customers who book and are confirmed by Mahindra and take delivery of Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition on or before 30th June 2026, subject availability as communicated by Mahindra.
  • Customers must be residents of India and at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.

Assured Gifts*

  • Each eligible customer will receive all of the assured gifts, subject to availability and Mahindra’s discretion.

Trackday Experience*

  • The Track-day will be organized in batches on select dates communicated by Mahindra.
  • Customers must choose one of the dates proposed by Mahindra - no scheduling adjustments will be entertained by Mahindra. If the customer chooses a date and is unable to make themselves available on that date, then the experience cannot be re-scheduled and is considered forfeited.
  • The experience is valid for two adult participants only. Due to safety reasons, children under 18 years of age will not be allowed on the track.
  • Travel to and from the venue and stay costs to the Trackday venue will be borne solely by the customer.
  • Track-day Experience with Kush Maini is subject to availability and Mahindra’s discretion.
  • The customer shall follow all safety guidelines while at the Track-day. Mahindra shall not be held liable for any accidents in the event that the customer does not follow the safety guidelines prescribed by Mahindra from time to time.

Collector’s Box & Delivery Moment*

  • Eligible customers will receive a Collector’s Box with Mahindra Racing memorabilia and a photo/video of the delivery moment.
  • First Names of the first 999 customers will be featured on a Mahindra Formula E Race Car and inside Mahindra Racing Headquarters.

Grand Prize – London E-Prix*

  • Three winners will be selected via a random draw from the first 999 eligible customers.
  • The prize includes tickets and paddock access to the London E-Prix in August 2026, along with a meet & greet with the Mahindra Racing team and MADE team.
  • The prize is valid for two participants only.
  • One of the participants must be the RC book holder for the car or proprietor/employee of the entity which holds the RC book.
  • Mahindra will arrange travel, stay, and event tickets; however, visa and all incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners. The air tickets and the stay will be booked at Mahindra’s discretion and subject to availability. If the customer is unable to make themselves available on the specific dates, then the experience cannot be re-scheduled and is considered forfeited.
  • Mahindra shall not be responsible if the customer is not able to attend the event for any reason including non-availability of UK Visa.

General Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitutions are allowed except at Mahindra’s sole discretion.
  • By participating, customers consent to the use of their name, image, and delivery moment content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Mahindra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

Liability & Compliance

  • Mahindra is not liable for any loss, injury, or expense arising from participation or prize usage.
  • This promotion will be governed by the laws of India

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes related to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
